Pastor John Wallace

Reverend Doctor John Wallace and his wife, Donna are from Kewaunee, Wisconsin. John was called to ministry later in life after serving ten years in the U.S. Army, and another ten years in the computer field, mostly self-employed. Donna is a social worker by trade and particularly enjoys working with the elderly. John holds a Bachelor's in Theology, a Master's in Biblical Counseling, and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies from Master's Divinity in Evansville, Indiana. John and Donna served at churches in Illinois and Washington before coming to Maple Hill. John was ordained at his home church, Community Congregational Church in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. His credentials are held at the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Pastor John preaches and teaches the whole Bible as the very word of God. His greatest desire is for people to grow in Christ through the hearing, reading, and studying of the Bible. John's favorite teachers are John MacArthur, Chuck Missler, David Hocking, Alistair Begg, James Montgomery Boice, H.A. Ironside, John Stott, Ravi Zacharias, David Jeremiah, and others.

My hope and prayer is that God will grow Maple Hill into a truly Christ-centered community and that He will let us be part of it.

Blessings,

John
